Luna at Solana

Ever wanted a home to reset in, not just live in? Meet Luna — a wellness sanctuary at Solana Development.

Set within the Solana community in Padang Padang, Luna is the only custom four-bedroom in the development — where timeless Moroccan design meets a space built entirely for stillness.

A private wellness suite, an organic pool, and interiors shaped one-on-one with our designer — Luna is for those who come to Bali not just to stay, but to switch off completely.

The complete package

Designed Around You

Tucked away on Bali's dramatic southern coastline, Padang Padang in Uluwatu blends natural beauty, world-class surf and an elevated lifestyle. Luna sits at the heart of it, inside the gated Solana community — the only custom four-bedroom in the development. We design it, build it, shape the interior alongside you, and manage it after handover, so ownership feels effortless from day one.

  • Premium villa and rental management

With our Villa Management & Rental Service, you don’t have to worry about a thing. We handle every aspect of your villa’s operation—ensuring it remains in pristine condition while generating consistent passive income.

  • A private wellness suite

More than an amenity — a private sanctuary with a dedicated sauna and ice bath. Wellness travel is one of the fastest-growing segments in luxury tourism: guests who seek it book intentionally, stay longer, spend more, and return.

  • Leasehold

25-year leasehold with an extension option of up to 30 years.

  • Built by people who run villas

Designed and built by the same team that manages luxury villas on the Bukit day to day. Every material is chosen for how a home like this actually lives.
